Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Sadie had a 15+ year career in healthcare philanthropy and community relations at Monadnock Community Hospital. The skills and relationships she built in her work with the hospital are an invaluable asset she brings to each and every real estate transaction.

Sadie’s Definition of Home
Sadie’s lived in the Monadnock Region since she was five years old and even after traveling the world, she’s always known this is where she belongs. She’s managed extensive remodeling projects on her own homes and currently lives on a farm in Sharon, NH with her two daughters, Lucy and Sarah, and their menagerie of farm animals. She and her daughters love spending time outside kayaking, hiking, and traveling.
Sadie prioritizes serving her community as a board member at Scott Farrar Assisted Living. She’s the past president of both the Rindge Chamber of Commerce and Jaffrey Rindge Rotary Club, former trustee at The Cathedral of the Pines, Team Jaffrey, and Cheshire County 4-H Council, organizational leader of the Monadnock Mountaineers 4-H group, and youth basketball coach.

Throughout her career, as a highschool Social Studies teacher and a Beautycounter consultant, leading a team of 100+ individuals to achieve top 2% status in the country, Mandy’s always loved sharing tools, resources, and information.
Working with clients as their Realtor® and organized member of our team, it’s no exception! Mandy delivers a high level of attention, impeccable customer service, and helps her clients’ lives improve and achieve their goals. Whether it be selling their home for top dollar or helping them purchase the home of their dreams, Mandy guides clients through the process and helps them understand and make sense of the many moving parts and pieces along the way. Mandy lives in Nelson, NH with her family. Her favorite part about living in the Monadnock Region is the proximity to major cities (just a quick drive to Boston, Providence, Manchester, and even NYC) while still being out in the woods and set away from it all. She also loves the countless outdoor activities we get to enjoy all year long like hiking, snowshoeing, swimming, fishing, and everything in between! With mountains to hike, lakes to paddleboard on, delicious restaurants to enjoy, and bald eagles and loons to spot, Mandy, her two daughters, and her husband are never bored.
