Tammy Garre

I am a very upbeat positive person. My light yellow Labrador, Lilly, is very important to me and accompanies me often. If I’m not working you can find me walking through Hancock Village, working in my gardens, hiking, playing croquet, skiing, or visiting National Parks or the Maine shore. My husband had a heart transplant 6 years ago and is doing fantastic now, but it did give me a new and different outlook on life. I feel so lucky to be doing something I enjoy so much!

While I was growing up, my mother was both an Interior Decorator and a Realtor. Because of this, I have always had an interest in both areas; finding people the perfect home and getting the opportunity to see what makes homes unique and beautiful in the process. My husband David is an architect, so between the two of us, there is a lot of excitement about the beautiful properties this area has to offer!

I have great ties to this region – My husband and I were married on Mount Monadnock, and before I was a Realtor I owned a toy store in Peterborough for 8 years. For the past several years I have been lucky enough to call the beautiful village of Hancock, New Hampshire, my home.

I love every aspect of Real Estate; buying, selling, seeing properties, and, of course, helping to make people happy. I have been in the business for over 35+ years, and for the last 6 years, I have held my Associate Brokers License.

Emily Muilenberg

Intern

Emily joined Halliday Real Estate as an intern in January 2022, just as she heads into her final semester at Conant. She discovered her interests in marketing and real estate about halfway through her junior year. Emily has always loved looking at houses and doing everything she can to help people, therefore she thinks she would be an excellent agent.

After being accepted to Keene State College for the 2022 fall semester, Emily thought these next few months would be a great time to get a feel for the real estate industry and so, her internship with Halliday Real Estate began! She is hoping to get her license as soon as she graduates in June of 2022.

Emily is getting hands-on experience from the team lead, Sadie Halliday, as well as seeing the operational side of the team in client relations, organizational logistics, contract documents, staging, and anything else to ensure the success of the team and our clients.

Emily was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, but she has been a resident of Jaffrey, NH for the past eight years. She can’t imagine herself anywhere else. In her free time, she volunteers at the Got Lunch program in Rindge, NH, as well as runs the satellite branch of the program through Conant, and enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Monadnock region. She also enjoys entertaining her two mini Australian shepherds, Oakley and Bodie, and her two cats, Arthur and Pepper.

Emily is eager to start helping clients and is looking forward to her future with Halliday Real Estate.

Michael Breshears

Born in VT, Michael grew up at his family’s plant nursery in Alstead, NH … leaving him with a lifelong appreciation for gardens and landscaping. After college, Michael went to work at the daily newspaper, The Keene Sentinel, and spent more than 30 years there in the advertising department. His role evolved after he created the popular lifestyle and entertainment magazine, ELF weekly which stands for Enjoy Life to the Fullest and Michael’s a firm believer in just that. From renovating a 17-room Victorian in Keene to turning a 1980s contemporary in the woods into a gorgeous home in a park-like setting, Michael’s been a hands-on lover of all things home and garden his entire life.

Melissa Gentle

Meet Melissa Gentle, a proud native of Jaffrey, New Hampshire, whose journey into the world of real estate is as colorful as the New England foliage. While studying photography at the New Hampshire Institute of Art, she found herself at the crossroads of creativity and organization. This path led her to the Sharon Arts Center, where she served as both a class registrar and office administrator, gaining valuable administrative experience and an understanding of organizational dynamics. Venturing beyond the picturesque landscapes of New Hampshire, Melissa found herself drawn to the bustling world of real estate in Massachusetts. Starting as an assistant in a local office, eventually becoming a virtual assistant for a real estate team, and overseeing office compliance and accounting. But as the saying goes, “there’s no place like home.” And for Melissa, home beckoned her back to Jaffrey, where she found herself humbled and honored to join the Halliday Group. Here, she wears many hats – from agent support to tech support, to project management and client care. Melissa has a passion for helping others and a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on her community.
